Terms and Conditions 

 Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items, with tags attached within 45 days of delivery for a full refund. If you return an item within 45 to 60 days of delivery, we will issue the refund to your online store account. After 60 days, we will not accept any returns and if sent to us, we will have to send them back.  If you need to return an item, please log into your account and fill out a return request. Please include as much information as possible so we can take care of you the best we can. Once your return request has been accepted, you will receive an email with the return label. All items from the 21-22 season and beforehand that are not placed by June 17, 2022 will be final sale. All items meeting this requirement will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. All Orders placed before June 17th, 2022 will have the normal return and exchange time windows.

 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the shipping department, however, in many cases you will receive a refund quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipping department (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1-2 business days business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 7 business days).



Exchange Policy 

 

You may exchange new, unopened items, with tags attached within 60 days of delivery. To submit an exchange request, please log into your account and fill out the exchange request form. Please include which size or item you are looking to exchange it for. Once your exchange request has been approved, you will receive an email with the return label attached. Any exchange requests submitted after 60 days since the purchase date will be rejected and any exchanges sent back after 60 days will be sent back.

 

Shipping

 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Due to a high volume of orders, please allow our staff around 1 to 3 business days to process, pick, and package your order. Please be advised that our shipping carrier does not pick up orders over the weekend or on event days (game days, concerts, events, etc.).

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping rates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Express Shipping

All orders with Express Shipping that are placed after 10:30 AM MST will be shipped out the following day.





We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Full Custom Jersey terms and conditions

Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Custom Jersey of any Utah Jazz Team Store products. By submitting your Custom Jersey, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

SECTION 1 - Products Disclaimers

Jazz Team Store RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND REFUND any Custom Jersey for any reason including but not limited to inappropriate or offensive language, inventory shortages, etc. Allow up to 10 BUSINESS DAYS to process and fulfill order requests. All Customization SALES ARE FINAL. Cancellation, Returns, Alterations, and Item Exchanges are not permitted after order is placed. Customization options are limited to custom names or current players only. Retired players will not be accepted. Player name and number combinations outside the Utah Jazz roster are not allowed.The customer has confirmed their customization request is input correctly. Jersey shown at launch will differ from product received of a Nike Swingman style jersey and may not match images. 

SECTION 2 - PAYMENT

You will be charged at the time of placing a Custom Jersey order. If the Company is unable to fulfill shipping of custom Product, the Company shall process a full refund to you. All custom orders are handled through Square via the BigCommerce platform. Methods of payment accepted are Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and others as made available from time to time by the payment gateway provider. Your placing of a Custom Jersey order constitutes your express agreement to the company charging of your provided payment method at such time. The purchase price does not include import duties, taxes and other government charges, which are your responsibility. Returns are not permitted, but request may be made due to item defect and will follow store policy and will only be accepted up to 30 Days after estimated ship date if request is accepted. 

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING

The expected shipping date for customer jersey products will be clearly noted on each Product page, subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing and/or delivery. Such date is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Company does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date.  As a result, in the event that a delay occurs and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, The Utah Jazz Team Store is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. The Products will be shipped in the order in which your Custom Jersey order is received by the Company.  Shipments will be made Monday – Friday, excluding holidays, unless otherwise noted.

SECTION 4 - TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

The purchase of the Products is subject to additional terms and conditions provided by Company. Your purchase of the Product will be subject to these Terms and Conditions and the refund policy.

SECTION 5 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Custom Jersey Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

 

Pre-Sale Terms & Conditions

  • We will do our best to ship Pre-Sale Products in accordance with their expected ship date. If this changes, we'll do our best to let you know.
  • You are responsible for keeping your shipping and contact information up-to-date to ensure proper shipment of any Pre-Sale Products. Please email us at info@jazzteamstore.com if you need to update any of this information.
  • You will be charged at time of placing a Pre-Sale. In the circumstance that the order cannot be fulfilled, you will be issued a full refund.

Full pre-Sale terms and conditions

Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Sale of any Utah Jazz Team Store products. By submitting your Pre-Sale, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

SECTION 1 - PRODUCTS

You may pre-sale Utah Jazz Team Store Products, separately or in combination with each other. Jersey shown at launch will differ from product received of a Nike Swingman style jersey and may not match images. 

SECTION 2 - PRE-Sale REGISTRATION

When placing a Pre-Sale, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. The Company shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information at any time prior to your Product being shipped by sending an e-mail to info@jazzteamstore.com. 

SECTION 3 - PAYMENT

You will be charged at the time of placing a Pre-Sale. If the Company is unable to fulfill shipping of a Pre-Sale Product, the Company shall process a full refund to you. SECTION 1 - SMS/MMS MOBILE MESSAGE MARKETING PROGRAM (INCLUDING CART REMINDERS) TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(a). When you opt-in to the service, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup. (b).
